We are hiring therapists for full or part-time positions
Our small clinic on a little farm in Whatcom County serves children of all ages across many diagnoses. While our clinic is set up to meet the needs of children with sensory processing difficulties, children with most any diagnosis enjoy getting their therapy here!
We employ a variety of therapeutic approaches and encourage creativity and innovation from the therapists working here. Filled with dynamic equipment and activities, our rooms encourage movement and sensory exploration. In addition to our fantastically fun therapy rooms and outdoor spaces, we have horses to provide hippotherapy, a myriad of therapeutic animals for the children and families to interact with, and above-ground pools in the summer for working with children in the water.
Our location on the pastoral Nooksack river valley offers access to the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, with forests, mountains and beaches within an easy drive. You can also pop over the border to Canada for a day’s adventure in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our therapists here at Pediatric NDT and SI Therapy respect and encourage each other as well as the families we provide services for. The opportunity to work intensely with children and their families provides the satisfaction of really being effective and making a difference.
We offer positions as subcontractors so our therapists can set their own caseloads and schedules, allowing flexibility and the ability to accommodate families. There are some financial advantages afforded to subcontractors, and benefits may be available depending on the number of children on each therapist’s caseload.
Applicants must have a current Washington State License, professional OT/PT liability insurance and the desire to work with children in a non-hospital setting using unique and exciting therapy modalities. We will assist you with the process of credentialing with insurance companies as needed.
